Registering for the 2026–2027 school year happens in 3 phases:
Phase 1 — Apply
- Submit an application
- Provide two letters of recommendation from trusted individuals (such as a pastor, teacher, adult family friend, or coworker). See this link for helpful instructions on providing a reference.
- Schedule a visit — come meet the teacher, see the classroom, and ask questions. Simply send us a message or give us a call at 573-364-2041 to get scheduled.
Phase 2 — Visit & acceptance
We’ll spend some time getting to know your family and answering your questions.
After your visit, the Admissions Committee reviews your application and we’ll contact you — usually within a few days.
Phase 3 — Register (after acceptance)
- Read the Parent & Student Handbook, Tuition & Fees page, and Technology & Internet Use policy — you’ll sign an acknowledgment of each at the school
- Fill out the Registration & Family Information form online (click here)
- Fill out the Health & Medical Information form online – (click here)
- Schedule a physical exam if your child is new to the school or entering 4th or 7th grade (download the Physical Exam Form for your doctor)
- Bring your child’s birth certificate (first-time students — we’ll copy it and hand it right back) and current immunization record
- Visit the school to sign — we print everything, three short pages, about 10 minutes
- Pay registration fees: $50 enrollment + $250 book fee per student, plus August tuition
That’s it — see you August 24!
